This
is Steve during one of his recent visit
to the City of Baguio in the northern
section of the Luzon Islands. Steve
stayed in Manila for a couple months as
part of his post-graduate training.
During his spare time, Steve took some
time out to see Baguio perched on top of
the Cordillera Mountains. Baguio
City is the Philippines' summer capital
and was developed by the Americans at the
start of their colonialization of the
Philippines. The Americans then residing
in the Philippines was in search of a
cooler place to rest and with American
engineering feat, carved out a city atop
the mountains.
